Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor and develop a high-performing logistics team.
• Manage relationships with 3PLs and carriers; negotiate contracts and ensure performance.

About the Role

This is a hybrid role, requiring a balance of on-site presence for operational oversight and remote work for strategic planning and reporting. You will be responsible for the end-to-end management of the logistics and distribution network, ensuring timely and cost-effective delivery of goods to retail outlets. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in managing complex distribution networks, optimizing warehouse operations, and leading a high-performing team. Key Responsibilities

• Manage and optimize all aspects of the logistics and distribution network, including warehousing, transportation, and inventory management.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field. A Master's degree is preferred.
• Minimum of 8 years of experience in logistics and distribution management, with a strong focus on operational leadership.
• Demonstrated experience in managing large-scale distribution centers and complex transportation networks.
• Proven ability to develop and implement successful logistics strategies that drive efficiency and cost savings.
• Strong leadership and team management skills, with a track record of developing high-performing teams.
• In-depth knowledge of warehouse management systems (WMS) and transportation management systems (TMS).
• Excellent negotiation and vendor management skills.
