Are you a number crunching, details-oriented person? We believe that this Logistics Administrator position was created for you!

As a Logistics Administrator, you'll be responsible for maintaining and managing the company's IT inventory. You will manage all aspects of the logistics function including ordering and delivery from suppliers, tracking inventories, identifying cost savings opportunities and improving efficiencies across our supply chain. You will ensure that office space is well maintained in order to maintain an excellent working environment for everyone in the office. In addition, you'll monitor any issues regarding cleanliness or safety in order to make sure they're addressed quickly and effectively. In this role, you will also be tasked with liaising with architects on matters such as building plans or design changes within a set timeframe.

Requirements
  1. Performs daily warehouse management duties such as receiving, shipping, material inventory, barcoding, packing and unpacking, security, and receiving reports.
  2. Receives, sorts, and stores incoming goods including packaged products and parts.
  3. Maintains the inventory of all products in the warehouse.
  4. Conducts periodic inventories.
Qualifications
  1. At least 3 years of experience in logistics management and/or supply chain management; experience with warehouse operations, inventory control, purchasing, transportation, warehousing and distribution preferred.
  2. Must have strong customer service skills and demonstrate the ability to be both strategic and tactical in developing projects.
  3. Experience working with the following software packages: Service Now, MS Office.
