• Communicating with freight forwarders, drivers, and clients regarding deliveries and delivery issues
• Maintaining transportation documentation such as waybills, delivery notes, and invoices
• Entering data into logistics and administrative systems
• Compiling daily and weekly reports on cargo status
• General office administration and file management
