Job summary

Tiger Consumer Brands Ltd. in Cape Town seeks a Logistics administrator to perform a range of warehouse and transport tasks within the logistics department.

You will coordinate vehicle bookings, monitor forklift services, ensure licences are current, and process stock counts and invoicing in Oracle. Daily duties include capturing transporter loads, handling requisitions, and submitting invoices for payment.

Responsibilities

• Control Trip Director and ensure compliance with incoming vehicles
• Book vehicles with Trans Nova for the following days loading
• Monitor and control all Logistics Forklifts Services and Maintenance
• Ensure all Logistics Forklift Drivers licences are current and training is up to date
• Process all month end stock counts into Oracle
• Capture and invoice shuttle truck orders into Oracle
• Flag POD's back into Oracle with Jungle loads ex Maitland
• Internal Requisitions - generate into Oracle system, print picking slip and thereafter print delivery note
• Receipt RMA's into Oracle
• Capture daily transporter loads onto excel spreadsheet
• GRV logistic invoices into Oracle once PO has been raised, job completed and authorized by Logistics Manager
• Process all free stock and donation orders for Jungle Oats
• Capturing and invoicing of by-products received from the factory
• Submit invoices to shared services for processing and payment
