The successful candidate will be responsible for managing daily logistics and dispatch operations, ensuring efficient customer service and team coordination, and making key decisions that impact delivery timelines and company costs.

This is a high-pressure, fast-paced role that requires someone who is not only organised and proactive but also capable of thinking critically and making sound operational decisions. Minimum requirements :

  • Matric
  • Syspro experience (advantageous)
  • Advanced Excel skills
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving ability
  • Ability to think independently and make key daily decisions that can significantly impact the business (costs, logistics strategy, etc.)
  • Hardworking, detail-oriented, and resilient under pressure
  • Minimum of 2–3 years in a similar logistics / dispatch administrative role
