Job Description
Customer Communication & Account Management
- Manage office communications via phone (WhatsApp and calls), assisting retail and wholesale customers with order updates and inquiries.
- Receive, process (print, pack, and dispatch), and track wholesale orders across all platforms (phone, email, and website).
- Generate and send invoices for wholesale orders, maintaining accurate records of transactions and packing slips.
- Guide retail customers through the membership platform, explaining product ranges and granting access as needed.
- Send WhatsApp broadcasts to wholesale customers for monthly promotions and manage automated responses when required.
- Oversee and respond to customer inquiries via office emails.
Operations
- Coordinate daily activities with the warehouse manager to ensure timely packing, checking, and dispatching of orders.
Logistics
- Schedule and manage deliveries using company drivers, Uber, and courier services.
- Liaise with couriers and drivers to ensure timely collection and delivery of orders.
- Communicate with retail and wholesale customers regarding delivery updates.
- Assist with Takealot lead-time orders when necessary.
General Administration
- Manage the procurement of packaging, boxing, and office supplies.
Tastings & Promotions
- Organize and schedule promoters for events, ensuring correct timing and location details.
- Train new promoters as needed.
- Arrange and dispatch necessary equipment and stock for tasting events.
Attributes

Requirements
- Based in Cape Town.
- Must own a car.
- Comfortable working in the cannabis industry.

- We sell our products nationally and have a team of 10 people.
- 80% of our sales are direct to other retails.
- Business to business.
- The other 20% is split between online and Takealot.
- Marketing interaction, merchandise, and tastings will be important between the resellers, whilst also boosting our online sales.
