Lodge Management Couple – Luxury Safari Lodge | Phalaborwa

Salary : Negotiable, depending on experience

Live-In Position

Kendrick Recruitment is currently seeking a dedicated and experienced Lodge Management Couple to join a high-end safari property located in the heart of Limpopo . This opportunity is ideal for a passionate hospitality professional who is hands-on, service-driven, and ready to lead a small team in delivering an exceptional guest experience in a stunning bush setting.

The successful candidate will report directly to the lodge owners and will take responsibility for overseeing all day-to-day lodge operations.

Key Responsibilities :

Manage and coordinate all departments including front of house, guest services, housekeeping, maintenance, and kitchen

Provide guests with a world-class, personalised safari experience

Work closely with the lodge owners to implement the vision and maintain brand standards

Supervise and mentor staff, ensuring a strong team culture and high performance

Manage lodge budgets, stock control, and operational costs

Maintain relationships with suppliers and service providers

Ensure the lodge remains compliant with health, safety, and operational regulations

Manage guest feedback and resolve issues with professionalism and efficiency

Oversee daily admin and reporting responsibilities

Requirements :

Previous experience in a lodge management or similar hospitality leadership role

Strong operational background and problem-solving abilities

Excellent communication, leadership, and people skills

High standards of service and attention to detail

Ability to work independently and take initiative

Experience working in a remote bush location preferred

Good computer literacy and familiarity with hospitality systems

A flexible, adaptable attitude with a calm and confident presence
