Lodge Anchor (Guest Relations & Operations)
- Overseeing front-of-house operations (check-ins, guest relations, reservations)
- Ensuring excellent guest experiences and handling complaints
- Coordinating with housekeeping, kitchen, and guides
- Managing stock, supplies, and budgets
- Handling staff schedules and training
- Assisting with marketing and social media presence
Maintenance Manager
- Ensuring the lodge’s buildings, plumbing, electrical, and HVAC systems are in working order
- Conducting routine maintenance, repairs, and preventative checks
- Overseeing landscaping, pools, and other outdoor areas
- Managing maintenance staff and contractors
- Ensuring health, safety, and environmental compliance
- Keeping inventory of tools, spare parts, and materials
