Job Responsibilities:
- Assisting with daily lodge operations and guest relations
- Overseeing front-of-house activities and coordinating with housekeeping and kitchen teams
- Welcoming and hosting guests, managing check-ins and check-outs
- Handling guest feedback and resolving issues promptly
- Supporting the training and supervision of junior staff
- Ensuring lodge standards are consistently upheld across all touchpoints
Requirements:
- 2-3 years experience in a similar role at a luxury lodge or hotel
- Hospitality or tourism qualification preferred
- Strong communication and leadership skills
- Professional, guest-focused, and detail-oriented
- Familiarity with lodge systems such as PANstrat, Opera, or ResRequest an advantage
