Job summary

HotelJobs is seeking an Admin Manager for a luxury game lodge in Limpopo to oversee the full administrative function. The role requires thorough organisation, attention to detail, and the ability to supervise an administrative assistant while keeping records compliant and up to date.

The ideal candidate will manage basic finance tasks, use Xero accounting software (training available), assist with procurement and HR administration, and maintain professional guest-facing service in a rural lodge

Qualifications

• Strong administrative background with experience in a similar role.
• Knowledge of Xero or similar accounting software.
• Excellent organisation and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all main administrative functions for the lodge and company.
• Manage filing systems, documentation, and internal communication.
• Ensure all compliance documentation is up to date and correctly maintained.
• Oversee Health & Safety administration and ensure adherence to standards.
• Supervise and support the lodge’s administrative assistant.
• Maintain professional, organised office processes and workflows.
