Dream Medical are working with a GP surgery in Manchester who are currently looking for a Locum Practice Nurse to cover maternity leave.

The practice are looking for a nurse to work 27 hours/week on a 9-12 month contract. You will be working as part of a team alongside GP's, Nurses and healthcare assistants.

The Practice Nurse is part of a nursing team responsible for ensuring that the practice provides an optimum service of nursing care relevant to the practice population.

Main Duties and Responsibilities:

1. Asthma Diabetic review
2. Hypertension Clinic
3. IHD Clinic
4. COPD Clinic
5. Immunisation
6. Vaccination Clinic
7. Holiday Vaccination Clinic
8. Flu Vaccination Clinic
9. Cervical Smears
10. Family Planning
