• Professional demeanor representing Wabtec to customers
• Strong oral and written communication skills
• Fluent English (reading, writing, speaking)
• Technical experience in locomotive maintenance/production
• Rail industry knowledge and work experience
• Experience in a customer technical services role
• Strong interpersonal and leadership skills
• Collaborative team member
• Willingness to travel 80% locally and regionally
• Ability to relocate
• Tertiary education in Engineering or applicable technical training with 5 years railway experience
