Job description

Planet Fitness is looking for a Locker Room Attendant who will need to ensure that the wet and dry areas are kept clean, members' property is safe, and all member queries are addressed in a professional manner.

Operations

Manage the day-to-day operations of the wet and dry areas within the locker rooms, including:

• Ensuring the locker room's wet and dry areas look and feel welcoming and are clean and secure
• Maintaining fully stocked and properly installed consumables
• Ensuring compliance with brand standards
• Maintaining equipment, ensuring all are fully functional, including but not limited to steam irons, locker mechanisms, and soap dispensers

Health and Safety

Ensure the compliant completion of all health and safety-related matters within the facility.

Service

Engage with members in a friendly and professional manner.

People

Staff Development: Demonstrate commitment to your own continuous personal and professional development.

Company Updates

Stay up to date with all company communications, policies, or procedures relevant to your department.

Financial

Stock Control: Manage and ensure that all procedures regarding stock within the locker room's wet and dry areas are followed.
