This is part of CAWLS' innovative Health Justice Partnership model.More specifically, your responsibilities include but are not limited to : Developing and delivering ongoing training for primary healthcare providers on DFSV and CSABuilding and formalising partnerships with GP clinics and allied health providersAuditing and redeveloping referral pathways and resources in line with NT Risk Assessment and Management FrameworkProviding secondary consultation support for partner servicesCreating training content, including e-learning materials, and maintaining up-to-date referral databasesEvaluating program delivery and collecting relevant qualitative and quantitative dataFacilitating communities of practice and strengthening networks across Central Australia and the BarklyTo read the full position description, please click here .About YouTo qualify, you will need a Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (TAA or TAE) or significant experience in adult education design and delivery.

Demonstrated experience with and understanding of domestic, family and sexual violence (DFSV) and child sexual abuse (CSA) is essential.Additionally, the following skills and background will be highly valued : Experience with e-learning methods and content creationFamiliarity with the NT DFSV Risk Assessment and Management FrameworkKnowledge of referral pathways and service mappingExperience in legal or health sectors, particularly in remote or CALD communitiesExcellent communication, stakeholder engagement, and public speaking skillsStrong commitment to trauma-informed practice and intersectional supportAs our ideal candidate, you are collaborative, self-driven, and deeply committed to reducing barriers to justice for women and children.
