Job summary

Blacksmith Agency LLC is seeking an LLM Engineer to own and ship our internal automation roadmap. This builder role focuses on production systems on top of AI models, not model training. You will collaborate with engineering and delivery leadership to turn a documented roadmap into shipped automation workflows.

The role is full-time and remote, supporting a US-based team and international partners. Candidates should have 2+ years building production software with Python or Node.js and hands-on

Qualifications

2+ years building production software with Python or Node.js.
Hands-on experience with LangChain, LangGraph, CrewAI or AutoGen.
Proven API integration work with OpenAI or Anthropic (function calling, tool use).
Strong understanding of REST APIs, webhooks and basic cloud deployment.
English sufficient for async written work with a US-based team.

Responsibilities

Own and ship internal automation roadmap and 구현 (implementation) of automation workflows.
Turn documented roadmap into shipped, working systems in collaboration with engineering and delivery leadership.
Build production systems on top of AI models, not training models.
Develop and maintain integrations with AI APIs and tools to reduce manual hours across processes.
