Placements24 is seeking a dedicated live-in nanny in Benoni, Gauteng, for two energetic children aged 4 and 7. This full-time position offers a private living space, meals, and the chance to become part of a warm family.

The ideal candidate has at least four years of nanny experience, understands child development, can plan activities, cook healthy meals, and transport children as needed; CPR/First Aid, police check, and a clean driving licence are required.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 4 years of professional nanny experience.
• Excellent understanding of child development and age-appropriate activities.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Valid First Aid and CPR certification.
• Clean criminal record check.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to cook healthy meals for children.
• Must be a non-smoker and have a clean driving licence.
• Must have own reliable transportation for any personal errands.
• Must be legally authorised to work in Benoni, Gauteng, ZA.

Responsibilities

• Provide full-time, live-in care and supervision for children aged 4 and 7.
• Plan and execute age-appropriate educational and recreational activities.
• Prepare healthy meals and snacks for the children.
• Manage daily routines including hygiene, dressing, and bedtime.
• Ensure safety and well-being inside and outside the home.
• Assist with homework and foster a love for learning.
• Maintain children's rooms and play areas in a tidy and organized manner.
• Communicate effectively with parents about the children's day and development.
• Transport children to and from school and activities as needed.
