Placements24 is seeking a Live-Out Nanny in Benoni to provide full-time childcare in a family setting. You will manage daily routines, plan educational activities, support homework, and ensure safety and emotional well-being.

The role requires experience with children, strong organization, and excellent communication with parents. First Aid/CPR certification is essential, and you will also handle light housekeeping related to the children.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a nanny or in a similar childcare role.
• Knowledge of child development and age-appropriate care.
• Excellent organizational, time management, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and maintain responsibility.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• First Aid and CPR certification required.

Responsibilities

• Provide full-time care for children, managing daily schedules including meals, naps, and playtime.
• Plan and implement engaging educational and recreational activities.
• Ensure the children's safety and well-being at all times, both inside and outside the home.
• Assist with homework and provide academic support as needed.
• Light housekeeping duties related to the children's needs, such as tidying play areas and children's laundry.
• Communicate effectively with parents about the children's progress and daily activities.
