Job description

Litigation Secretary position available inBrooklyn, Pretoria.

Minimum Requirements:

  • Presentable and professional female.
  • Afrikaans and English first and second languages a must.
  • Minimum 2 years experience in High Court & Magistrate’s Court Litigation typing at a law firm a must.
  • Strong Dictaphone typing experience.
  • Good typing skills (speed and accuracy).
  • Able to work under pressure.
  • Stable employment record and contactable References.
  • To start as soon as possible.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Typing of High Court & Magistrate’s Court litigation documents (Civil Litigation for banks).
  • Drafting and typing of legal documents, notices and pleadings.
  • Dictaphone typing.
  • General secretarial and administrative duties.

Salary: R15 000 – R20 000 gross (depending on experience).
