Key Responsibilities:
- Drafting and formatting legal documents, pleadings, and correspondence
- Managing court filings and deadlines
- Liaising with clients, counsel, and court officials
- Handling dictation, transcriptions, and general administrative duties
- Maintaining an efficient and organized filing system
What We're Looking For:
- Experience as a Litigation Secretary - minimum 5 years
- Strong knowledge of court procedures and legal documentation
- Proficiency in relevant legal software - LexPro, LexisNexis
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
