Responsibilities
  • Draft and prepare legal documents, pleadings, notices, and court correspondence
  • Manage case files, court deadlines, and electronic/manual filing systems
  • Support attorneys with litigation and conveyancing matters
  • Liaise with clients, advocates, financial institutions, and municipal authorities
  • Diary management, meeting coordination, and minute-taking
  • Handle confidential information with discretion
Qualifications
  • Minimum 2 years’ experience as a Legal Secretary or Paralegal in a litigation environment
  • Strong knowledge of legal documentation and procedures
  • Excellent organizational, typing, and communication skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with legal software (e.g., Lexis Nexis, Ghost Practice, Legal Suite) is a plus
