Job description

Litigation Secretary required in Cape Town City Centre.

Minimum Requirements:

  • Well presentable and professional female.
  • Excellent verbal communication skills.
  • 2 to 3 years recent Litigation typing experience at a law firm a must.
  • Foreclosures experience and knowledge National Credit Act highly advantageous.
  • Strong organisational skills.
  • Able to accurately process bulk instructions.
  • Able to work well in a team environment.
  • Computer literate with good typing skills (speed and accuracy).
  • Stable employment record and contactable references.
  • Residing in Cape Town a must (within daily commuting distance from City Centre).
  • To start as soon as possible.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Drafting and typing of Foreclosures Litigation documents, legal documents, notices and pleadings.
  • Processing bulk instructions.
  • Client liaison and typing of legal correspondence.
  • General legal secretarial and administrative duties.
