Job description
Litigation Secretary required in Cape Town City Centre.
Minimum Requirements:
Well presentable and professional female.
Excellent verbal communication skills.
2 to 3 years recent Litigation typing experience at a law firm a must.
Foreclosures experience and knowledge National Credit Act highly advantageous.
Strong organisational skills.
Able to accurately process bulk instructions.
Able to work well in a team environment.
Computer literate with good typing skills (speed and accuracy).
Stable employment record and contactable references.
Residing in Cape Town a must (within daily commuting distance from City Centre).
To start as soon as possible.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Drafting and typing of Foreclosures Litigation documents, legal documents, notices and pleadings.
Processing bulk instructions.
Client liaison and typing of legal correspondence.
General legal secretarial and administrative duties.
