Litigation Attorney position available inHazelwood, Pretoria.

Minimum Requirements:

• Presentable and professional Afrikaans speaking individual, preferably aged 27+ years
• Afrikaans and English first and second languages a must (Full proficiency in both – Afr & Eng client base)
• Bachelor of Laws (LLB) Degree completed and admitted as an Attorney
• 3 to 6 years post admission experience in General Litigation, Family Law matters and Debt Collection
• Driver’s license and own vehicle a must
• Computer literate in Caselines
• Stable employment record and contactable references
• Currently residing in Pretoria
• To start as soon as possible

Duties and Responsibilities:

• High Court and Magistrate’s Court Litigation (General Litigation, Debt Collection and Family Law matters)
• General Attorney duties (Court appearances, compiling legal documentation etc.)
• Client liaison and correspondence in Afrikaans and English

Salary: R25 000 – R32 000 gross maximum (Depending on post admission experience).
