Legal Support and Litigation Assistant

We are seeking a dedicated Legal Support and Litigation Assistant to support our litigation department. The role involves organizing case files, drafting legal documents, conducting research, and managing client communications.

Key Responsibilities include:

  1. Supporting the litigation department with case management.
  2. Organizing case files and resolving issues related to specific cases.
  3. Drafting legal documents and conducting legal research.
  4. Interacting with clients via telephone, email, postal mail, or in person.
  5. Receiving, organizing, and completing necessary documentation.
  6. Monitoring case statuses.
  7. Answering client inquiries, referring them to attorneys, and scheduling court cases, hearings, and meetings.
  8. Communicating with relevant stakeholders during case management.
  9. Attending relevant authorities or offices as needed.
  10. Performing general legal and case management tasks.
  11. Compiling reports as instructed.

Minimum Requirements:

  • LLB degree.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook).
  • Quick learner with the ability to work independently after training.
  • Good diary management skills.
