Litigation Attorney position available inBedfordview.

Minimum Requirements:

• Presentable, professional and meticulous (female preferred)
• Good business English proficiency and well spoken
• Bachelor of Laws Degree completed, and admitted as an Attorney a must
• Right of appearance in the High Court highly preferred, or willing to obtain
• Minimum 3 years post admission experience in Civil Litigation a must
• Fully independently functional (Drafting of pleadings test will be conducted with shortlisted candidates)
• Non smoker
• Computer literate in Caselines and Court Online
• Valid driver’s license and own vehicle a must
• Residing near Bedfordview a must (within daily commuting distance)
• Stable employment record a must
• Contactable employer references a must
• To start as soon as possible

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Attending to Litigation matters for Law firm
• General Attorney duties (client liaison, court appearance etc.)
• Compiling legal documents

Salary: R15 000 – R20 000 gross maximum + incentives.
