Litigation and Conveyancing Lawyer - Roodepoort

Our client, a well-established law firm situated in Roodepoort is seeking an experienced and qualified Litigation and Conveyancing Attorney to join their dynamic, high pressured and fast paced practice

Responsibilities and Duties .

  • Handle property transfers and all related conveyancing tasks
  • Manage and litigate disputes related to conveyancing
  • Provide legal advice to clients on property law matters
  • Liaise with clients, banks, and the Deeds Office
  • Providing legal advice and guidance to clients on property matters.
  • Keeping up-to-date with changes in property law and regulations.
  • Maintaining accurate records and documentation of all transactions.

Desired Qualifications and Experience

  • LLB Degree
  • Admitted Attorney with valid right of appearance
  • Proven experience in conveyancing transactions
  • Strong track record in litigating conveyancing-related disputes
  • Deed office processes at the Deeds Office
  • Ability to manage matters independently from start to finish
  • Excellent problem-solving skills
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to handle a high volume of work and meet tight deadlines.
