By being the first point of contact for potential new clients, the Business Development team has the opportunity and responsibility to cultivate new business opportunities, pursue work that elevates our capabilities and talented teams, and build meaningful, enduring client relationships. As an Associate, Business Development, you will support the end-to-end new business process by identifying, qualifying, and responding to new client opportunities.

Responsibilities include :
- Managing the end-to-end new business process across opportunities, teams, and geographies.
- Developing strategic proposals and pitches with guidance from senior team members.
- Designing lead generation and outreach plans based on market insights.
- Building and nurturing relationships with prospects, industry leaders, and influencers.
- Collaborating with global teams to develop case studies, submit awards, and optimize processes.
We are looking for you to :
- Hold a Bachelor's degree in business or related field.
- Have at least 6 years of experience in new business development, preferably in consulting or professional services.
- Have a successful track record of generating and cultivating new opportunities.
- Possess strong business writing, interpersonal, communication, and project management skills.
- Be strategic, creative, and detail-oriented.
- Be experienced with secondary research and developing tailored documents and presentations.
- Be adaptable to different working styles and cultures, especially in Asia-Pacific.
- Be proficient in PowerPoint, Microsoft Office, and CRM tools like Salesforce.
- Be passionate about brand strategy, design, innovation, and marketing.
