Job summary

Qualifications

• Master's in Linguistics or Applied Linguistics required.
• Knowledge of formal and applied linguistics.
• Lecturing experience of at least two years in a tertiary institution.
• Knowledge of Interpretation and Translation.

Responsibilities

• Teach linguistics and professional communication at undergraduate and postgraduate levels.
• Utilise online blended learning tools for teaching and research.
• Engage with university and wider community.
• Supervise postgraduate students.
• Develop local and globally relevant course content with staff across faculties.
• Create innovative assessment instruments.
• Contribute to research and publication in accredited journals.
• Perform administrative duties related to the portfolio.
