Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Run sold room reports, verify room status, determine discrepant rooms and prioritize room cleaning.
• Act as a liaison to coordinate the efforts of Housekeeping, Engineering, Front Office, and Laundry.
• Prepare and distribute room assignments to Housekeeping staff and manage the Do Not Disturb list.
• Ensure rooms are cleaned on time and that safety and security policies are followed.
• Support Supervisors by documenting issues, maintaining records, and communicating clearly with guests.
