Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or related field.
• Proven experience in transport coordination or logistics management.
• Strong knowledge of the Limpopo road network and transportation landscape.
• Proficiency with transportation management systems (TMS) or similar software.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and manage all regional transportation within Limpopo.
• Plan and schedule daily delivery routes, ensuring timely and efficient service.
• Monitor fleet performance, including fuel consumption, maintenance, and driver hours.
• Liaise with drivers, dispatchers, and warehouse staff to ensure smooth operations.
• Ensure compliance with transportation laws and regulations.
• Manage relationships with third-party logistics providers and carriers.
• Analyze transportation data to identify cost reductions and efficiency gains.
• Handle and resolve transportation-related issues or emergencies promptly.
• Maintain accurate records of transport activities, including confirmations and expense reports.
• Contribute to the development and implementation of transport policies and procedures.
