Excellent candidates at a minimum will possess the following qualifications:

1. Master's Degree in Nursing for undergraduate teaching opportunities
2. DNP or PhD required for graduate level opportunities
3. Certification in program area preferred
4. Exceptional, experience-based subject matter expertise
5. Excellent written and verbal communication skills
6. Demonstrated teaching or precepting experience
7. Commitment to life-long learning and eagerness to serve students

Additional Information:

Limited Term Lecturer (LTL) positions are temporary, non-benefits eligible, part-time positions hired each semester on an as-needed basis.

LTLs provide instruction for nursing students in collaboration with the College's full-time faculty.

All nursing faculty members are expected to be dedicated to excellence in nursing education, be actively engaged in nursing scholarship, and possess an unencumbered licensure as a Registered Professional Nurse in the state of instruction and Indiana or a multistate compact license.
