Join Our Team as a Lifestyle Manager - Travel - Arabic speaking. We are seeking travel experts eager to join an award-winning, crisis-resistant travel and leisure company specializing in luxury products.

This role offers hybrid or fully remote working options, depending on your current location, promoting work-life balance. Ten is looking for a passionate, motivated, and resourceful individual to enhance our Travel team.

As a Luxury Travel Consultant, you will handle leisure travel requests for our members, including luxury journeys for high-net-worth clients, complex itineraries across multiple destinations including MENA, Europe, US, and Asia.

We aim to hire talented professionals who are passionate, entrepreneurial, and thrive in a diverse, global organization with a strong team culture. Your customer service skills, commercial judgment, travel research, and booking technology expertise will ensure high member satisfaction, increased supplier revenue, and repeat business.

Responsibilities:

• Advise premium cardholders via phone, chat, and email in English and Arabic.
• Design personalized trips (flights, hotels, villas, cars, railways, cruises, private jets, yachts, VIP transfers).
• Prepare travel documents, itineraries, and handle visa and administrative processes.
• Make reservations with airlines, hotels, and destination agencies.
• Cross-sell lifestyle services, promotions, and exclusive events.
• Conduct research and compile travel proposals.
• Maintain accurate member records and promote our concierge services.

Requirements:

• Residency and work rights in South Africa.
• Fluency in English and native Arabic; additional languages are a plus.
• Excellent written and spoken communication skills.
• Tourism-related tertiary qualification or equivalent.
• Several years in the travel industry with GDS knowledge (preferably Amadeus).
• Passion for travel, luxury lifestyle, gastronomy, events, and culture.
• Service-oriented, flexible, able to work under pressure, positive attitude.
• Full-time availability (40 hours/week), flexible schedule within 6:00-21:00 GMT, 7 days a week.

Work Arrangements:

If near the office, hybrid work up to 60% remote; fully remote options available. Must have a secure home office, reliable internet, and meet minimum technical requirements.
