Join Our Team as a Lifestyle Manager - Travel - Arabic speaking

Calling travel experts seeking to join an award-winning, crisis-resistant travel and leisure company working on specialist products. This position offers hybrid or fully remote working depending on your current location, providing the work-life balance everyone desires.

Ten is looking for a passionate, motivated, and resourceful individual to join our Travel team. As a Luxury Travel Consultant, you will fulfill leisure travel requests for our members, including luxury journeys for high-net-worth clients, complex flight-inclusive itineraries across multiple destinations within the MENA region, Europe, US, Asia, and worldwide. We seek top talent who are passionate, entrepreneurial, and eager to work in a diverse, global organization with a strong team culture.

Your exceptional customer service skills, commercial judgment, proficiency with travel research and booking technology, and passion for travel will ensure superb member satisfaction, high supplier revenue, and repeat business for Ten.

Responsibilities:

• Advise premium cardholders via phone, chat, and email in English and Arabic
• Design tailored trips including flights, hotels, villas, rental cars, railways, round trips, packages, cruises, private jets, yachts, transfers, and VIP services, considering all customer needs
• Prepare custom offers and travel documents, organize travel programs, and handle visas and administrative tasks
• Make reservations with airlines, hotels, and destination agencies
• Cross-sell lifestyle services, promotions, and exclusive events
• Conduct research and compile travel proposals
• Maintain up-to-date member records
• Represent Ten and promote our concierge services
• Build rapport with members

Requirements:

• Reside and have valid work rights in South Africa
• Fluency in English and native Arabic; ability to pass language tests in additional languages is a plus
• Completed tertiary qualification or equivalent, preferably in tourism
• Several years of experience in the travel industry, tour operation, or travel agency
• GDS knowledge (preferably Amadeus) and destination expertise
• Strong passion for travel and luxury lifestyle, including gastronomy, events, and culture
• Service-oriented, flexible, and able to work under pressure
• Positive attitude aligned with Ten’s values
• Excellent communication skills
• Available full-time (40 hours/week) and flexible to work between 6:00-21:00 GMT, Monday to Sunday

• If within commuting distance, hybrid arrangement with up to 60% remote work
