Join Our Team as a Lifestyle Manager - Travel - Arabic speaking

Calling travel experts seeking to join an award-winning, crisis-resistant travel and leisure company specializing in niche products. This role offers hybrid or fully remote working options depending on your current location, promoting a healthy work-life balance!

Ten is looking for a passionate, motivated, and resourceful individual to join our Travel team. As a Luxury Travel Consultant, you will handle leisure travel requests for our members, including luxury journeys for high-net-worth clients, complex flight-inclusive itineraries across the MENA region, Europe, US, Asia, and worldwide. We seek top talent who are passionate, entrepreneurial, and eager to work in a diverse, global organization with a strong team culture.
Your exceptional customer service skills, commercial judgment, proficiency with travel research and booking technology, and passion for travel will ensure superb member satisfaction, high supplier revenue, and repeat business for Ten.

Overview of responsibilities:

• Advise premium cardholders via phone, chat, and email in English and Arabic
• Design personalized trips (flights, hotels, villas, rental cars, railways, round trips, packages, cruises, private jets, yachts, transfers, VIP services) considering customer needs, in professional English & Arabic
• Prepare tailor-made offers, travel documents, itineraries, and handle visa and administrative processes
• Make reservations with airlines, hotels, and destination agencies
• Actively cross-sell lifestyle services, promotions, and exclusive events
• Conduct research and compile travel proposals
• Maintain up-to-date member records
• Promote TEN’s concierge services and build rapport with members

Your Profile:

• Currently residing and authorized to work in South Africa
• Fluent in English and native Arabic; excellent communication skills required. Additional languages are a plus, with testing expected
• Completed tertiary qualification or equivalent, preferably in tourism
• Several years of experience in travel industry, tour operation, or agency
• GDS knowledge (preferably Amadeus) and destination expertise
• Passion for travel, luxury lifestyle, gastronomy, events, and culture
• Service-oriented, flexible, able to work under pressure
• Positive attitude aligned with Ten values
• Strong communication skills
• Available full-time (40 hrs/week)
• Flexibility: Able to work a 5-day week between 6:00-21:00 GMT, Monday to Sunday

• If within commuting distance, hybrid work with up to 60% home office
