Join Our Team as a Lifestyle Manager - Travel - Arabic speaking

Calling Travel Experts seeking to join an award-winning, crisis-resistant travel and leisure company working on specialist products. This role offers hybrid or fully remote working options depending on your current location, promoting work-life balance.

Ten is looking for a passionate, motivated, and resourceful individual to join our Travel team. As a Luxury Travel Consultant, you will fulfill leisure travel requests for our members, including luxury journeys for high-net-worth clients, complex flight-inclusive itineraries across the MENA region, Europe, US, Asia, and worldwide. We aim to hire top talent who are passionate, entrepreneurial, and eager to work in a diverse, global organization with a strong team culture.

Your exceptional customer service skills, commercial judgment, proficiency with travel research and booking technology, and passion for travel will ensure superb member satisfaction, high supplier revenue, and repeat business for Ten.

Overview of Responsibilities:
  • Advise premium cardholders via phone, chat, and email in English and Arabic
  • Design personalized trips (flights, hotels, villas, rental cars, railways, round trips, package deals, cruises, private jets, yachts, transfers, VIP services) considering all customer needs
  • Prepare tailor-made offers, travel documents, itineraries, and handle visa and administrative processes
  • Make reservations with airlines, hotels, and destination agencies
  • Cross-sell lifestyle services, promotions, and exclusive events
  • Conduct research and compile proposals
  • Maintain up-to-date member records
  • Represent TEN, promote our concierge services, and build rapport with members
Requirements:
  • Reside and have valid visa rights to work in South Africa
  • Fluent in English and native Arabic; excellent communication skills; prepared for language testing
  • Completed tertiary qualification or equivalent, preferably in tourism
  • Several years of experience in the travel industry, tour operator, or travel agency
  • GDS knowledge (preferably Amadeus) and destination expertise
  • Strong passion for travel and luxury lifestyle, including gastronomy, events, and culture
  • Service-oriented, flexible, able to work under pressure
  • Positive attitude aligned with Ten Group values
  • Strong communication skills and commitment to exceptional service
  • Available full-time (40 hours/week) with flexibility to work between 6:00-21:00 GMT, Monday to Sunday
Hybrid/Home Office Guidelines:
  • If within commuting distance, hybrid work with up to 60% remote
  • Secure home office setup, free from distractions
  • Minimum internet speed requirements must be met
