Are you passionate about live entertainment and looking for an exciting opportunity to make a difference during the festive season? Join our dynamic UK Live Entertainment Team as a Temp Lifestyle Manager! This is a fantastic chance to be at the forefront of our operations, providing first point of contact support during our busiest time of the year.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring exceptional customer service and support.
  • Respond to member requests promptly and efficiently, understanding their specific needs for tickets to live events.
  • Source tickets through various channels and maintain strong relationships with suppliers to offer the best options to members.
  • Manage ticket bookings, ensuring accuracy in invoicing and confirming all details with members.
  • Conduct thorough research on events to provide informed recommendations and customized experiences for members.
  • Develop a deep understanding of our members’ preferences to create tailored experiences that exceed their expectations.
  • Maintain meticulous records of all ticket requests and communications in the company's systems.
  • Gather feedback from members post-event to continuously improve service and satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless virtual event operations.
  • Promote additional services and opportunities available to members.

Essential:

  • Have the necessary work authorization to live and work in South Africa.
  • Candidate is based in Cape Town and agrees to a Hybrid contract with at least 60% in office presence
  • Exceptional English language with at least C1-C2 proficiency
  • Strong customer service orientation with exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Experience in booking tickets for live events or working within the hospitality/tourism sectors.
  • Previous experience in customer service or event management is a plus.
  • Proven ability to work independently as well as part of a team.

Desirable:

  • Familiarity with the UK Live Entertainment Scene.
  • Familiarity with ticketing systems and processes.
  • Experience negotiating with suppliers and handling customer inquiries efficiently.
  • A passion for live entertainment and knowledge of upcoming events.

Working hours:

Fixed-term contract with a 40-hour work week, Monday to Friday, 09:00 - 18:00 GMT (10:00 - 19:00 SA local time). The contract duration will be for the seasonal period defined by business needs.
