A leading global travel and lifestyle concierge company is seeking an Arabic-speaking Lifestyle Manager in Durban. This role involves managing complex requests in luxury lifestyle management, focusing on travel, retail, and entertainment. Candidates should possess excellent communication skills and local knowledge of the Middle East. The position offers a hybrid work arrangement and various employee benefits.
We are looking for a professional, motivated, and committed Arabic-speaking Lifestyle Manager in the area of Luxury Lifestyle Management.
You will use your knowledge, contacts, and expertise to handle interesting and often complex requests. Based in South Africa, you will primarily deal with areas such as Travel, Retail, and Entertainment, including restaurants and ticketing knowledge in the Middle East market. Your role is to help our members maximize their experiences while enhancing knowledge within your team and across the company. You will utilize your research and communication skills to provide personalized solutions to our members' requests within specified timeframes.
Education/Experience:
Rotational shifts, 5 days a week (e.g., Tuesday-Saturday or Sunday-Thursday), 9 hours including a 1-hour lunch break. Hours to be discussed during the interview.
