POSITION INFO :

• THIS POSITION REQUIRES INBOUND & OUTBOUND CALL CENTRE SALES EXPERIENCE

Our client is a leader in the field of renting 4x4 vehicles and camper vans, primarily to the international travel market. We are looking for a passionate and experienced Customer Service / Sales Agent to join their dynamic team. If you love the outdoors and adventure travel and can convey that enthusiasm to potential clients, this role is for you.

Job Description :

As a Lifestyle Adventure Customer Sales Agent, you will provide end-to-end service to clients. This role is based in a call centre where you will :

Take initial calls from potential clients

Convert inquiries into successful hiring contracts

Assist with itineraries, special border crossing permissions, and international drivers licenses

Ensure all client needs are met with meticulous attention to detail

Deliver superb customer service throughout the client journey

Key Responsibilities :

Handle outbound calls to potential clients, promoting and selling 4x4 vehicle and camper van rentals

Manage the entire booking process, from initial inquiry to finalizing contracts

Provide detailed information and assistance with travel itineraries and special requirements

Ensure clear, precise, and excellent pronunciation in English when communicating with international clients

Job Requirements

Matric Certificate

Valid Drivers License (mandatory for all staff members)

Minimum of 2 years of outbound call centre sales experience with a proven track record

Experience working with a CRM system

Tenacious, responsible, and reliable

Strong communication skills in English

Excellent sales and negotiation skills

Strong organizational and multitasking abilities

Affable personality with a professional attitude

• Our client would prefer candidates living in or close to the East Rand of Gauteng
