impact.com is seeking a motivated, detail-oriented intern to support Marketplace Growth operations. You will help plan lifecycle campaigns, set up automated communications, and contribute to data-driven improvements in a fast-paced, global tech environment.

This 6-month hybrid internship offers hands-on experience with AI-powered tools, cross-functional collaboration, and opportunities to learn lifecycle marketing, data analysis, and content creation.

Qualifications

• Minimum degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, Linguistics, or PR.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience with AI tools and automation is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Plan and launch lifecycle campaigns (emails, in-app, push).
• Build automated, personalized workflows to move users forward.
• Identify repetitive tasks and replace with scalable AI-powered processes.
• Analyze lifecycle metrics to measure activation and engagement.
• Run A/B tests to optimize messages, timing, channels.
