Job Description

To provide quality sales service that results in the production of business from new and existing sources, contributing to the profitability and growth of the company.

Key Responsibilities
  • Handle incoming and outgoing sales calls in accordance with predetermined schedules, campaigns, and targets.
  • Guide customers telephonically through the product offerings, pricing, terms, and conditions.
  • Provide accurate and efficient quotations to customers.
  • Maintain lead-to-sale, lead-to-quote, and quote-to-sale ratios as per targets.
  • Work shifts as scheduled.
  • Manage all allocated leads and sell according to daily targets.
  • Maintain a 90% QA average on all calls.
  • Accurately capture customer data and finalize calls at the point of contact where possible.
  • Send accurate policy documents to customers within mandated timeframes.
  • Deal professionally with all customers, adhering to business culture, products, and quality standards.
  • Manage time and workload effectively to meet deadlines and targets.
  • Demonstrate comprehensive knowledge of business product offerings, campaigns, rules, and conditions to recommend appropriate solutions.
