OUTsurance is a customer-centric financial services company based in South Africa. We seek an OUTlife Sales Advisor to convert inbound and outbound leads into sales, meeting quantity and quality targets while upholding FAIS standards.
The ideal candidate has FAIS accreditation, RE5 completed (preferred for those with pre-2010 experience), and at least 2 years in life insurance. You’ll thrive in a dynamic, performance-driven culture that values service and integrity.

The OUTlife Sales department is responsible for quoting clients as a result of Inbound calls, referrals or an OUTbound function and converting these leads into sales in terms of the quality and quantity criteria in place. The successful sales advisor needs to be a strong sales person with excellent change agent and adaptability skills.
