Key Responsibilities :

• Licensing of customers

Ensuring customer contracts are signed

• Entering customer information correctly into the License and Babbage system
• Ensuring customer is licensed in line with the invoice details and dates
• Loading customers on License system
• Maintenance of 5 license modules
• Responsible for customer and business partner license queries
• Creation of license quotations and converting of such quotations
• Timely attending to customer cancellations including credit notes
• Maintenance of License debtors book ensuring reminders are sent out timeously
• Assisting with ad hoc finance administration

Skills Knowledge and Experience :

• Any accounting qualification or equivalent will be an advantage
• Matric with accounting being a subject
• Excellent interpersonal skills
• Team player

Remuneration :

• The salary and package are commensurate with the role and experience
