  • Perform maintenance, rectification of defects, and troubleshooting according to procedures.
  • Ensure compliance with regulations and procedures.
  • Supervise and sign the release to service for maintenance work.
  • Regularly report activities performed on customer aircraft.

Your Main Responsibilities
  • Performing maintenance, rectification of defects and troubleshooting in accordance with company and manufacture procedures – respectively any other applicable procedures and regulations of foreign authorities
  • Ensuring compliance with valid revisions of regulations, procedures, processes, instructions and aeronautical laws within the area of responsibility (e.g. Occupational safety regulation)
  • Performing maintenance – repair and servicing as covered by current PART-66 AML and company authorization
  • Supervising and signing the release to service for all maintenance work (as permitted) which is carried out by other maintenance personal
  • Reporting airplane defects and incoming aircraft status to MCC
  • Reporting of any occurrence per SACAA Regulations,2011 Part-145 and Customer procedures or local legislation requirements
  • Taking responsibility for all paper work
  • Regular reporting of activities performed on customer aircraft for proper invoicing
  • Attending regular technical training to stay updated
  • Participation in maintenance check flights if requested by Customer´s Chief Pilot
Your profile
  • Valid ICAO Type II license AME category A & C rating on B737-NG and B737-CL (Must have -3 / 4 / 500)
  • Knowledge of SACAA CATS & CARS (PART-145, PART-66 etc).
  • Very good English language skills (written & spoken)
  • Flexibility and a reliable manner of working
  • Suitable for working shifts
  • An awareness of Health and Safety rules and regulations surrounding an LAME function
  • Customer orientation and strong communication skills
  • Intercultural competence
  • Team capability and high ability to coordinate work
  • Valid driving licence
  • Able to obtain ACSA ramp permit.
