Level 2 IT Engineer / Technician – Johannesburg.

You will be the go-to expert for providing basic to mid-level desktop, network, and server support to our valued clients. Your role will be crucial in helping users perform at their best, while delivering solutions that are not only fast but professional and reliable. We want our clients to feel your care, hear your clear communication, and trust your technical skills.

This position is part of our Operations Division – a dynamic environment where speed, precision, and relationship-building matter.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Deliver IT support across desktop, network, and basic server infrastructure—remotely and on-site.
  2. Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues across various platforms and devices (Windows, macOS, mobile, etc.).
  3. Provide responsive support on Microsoft 365 administration, cloud services, hosting, and web technologies.
  4. Maintain accurate and relevant data for business operations and client records.
  5. Exceed client expectations by delivering service three times faster than expected.
  6. Communicate clearly and regularly with clients to ensure trust and satisfaction.

Requirements:

  1. 5+ years of recent hands-on experience in Tier 2 support or similar IT role.
  2. Strong technical background in:
  • Basic server and networking support.
  • Desktop security, remote/cloud computing.
  • Microsoft 365 admin, hosting, web services.
  • Multi-platform device support (PC, Mac, mobile).
  • Proven skills in troubleshooting, problem-solving, and solution implementation.
  • A process-oriented mindset with strong relationship and conflict resolution skills.
  • Willingness to go the extra mile—flexibility to work beyond office hours when needed.
  • A client-first attitude with a genuine passion for service.
