Lettings Administrator – Shoreditch, E1

A successful property company is looking for a passionate, committed, hardworking, and capable Lettings Administrator to manage all duties related to their substantial portfolio of managed properties based in Shoreditch, E1.

As a Lettings Administrator, you must be able to handle your own workload, prioritize tasks, and liaise constantly with maintenance personnel. Our client values people over sales and takes care of every aspect of buying, selling, letting, and renting properties, making the process hassle-free and reassuring for all parties involved.

Key tasks of this role include:
  1. Organising repairs using approved contractors
  2. Ensuring legal compliance with legislation on all let and managed properties
  3. Preparing tenancy and renewal documentation
  4. Filing and general administration
  5. Liaising with customers, contractors, and staff via telephone, email, face-to-face, and letters
  6. Organising insurance claims, submitting evidence to insurers, and liaising with customers and contractors
  7. Listing properties in Lettings/Sales onto the computer
  8. Keeping Zoopla/Rightmove up to date
  9. Working closely with the in-house accountant
  10. Performing various office coordination duties
The successful applicant will need to possess the following skills:
  1. Proven track record in property administration is beneficial
  2. Minimum of 1-2 years’ administrative experience
  3. Confident, well-presented, with excellent written and verbal communication skills
  4. Experience with Reapit is a bonus
  5. Excellent IT skills, particularly in PowerPoint and Excel
  6. Ability to multitask and work under pressure
Working hours:

Monday to Thursday: 9:30 am – 6:00 pm
Friday: 9:30 am – 5:00 pm

Salary range:

£28,000 to £32,000 per annum + birthdays off
