To assist in proactively managing end-to-end lending transactions for PC and PW clients, with a team of Lending specialists, through analysis, support, sales, and service fulfillment, with the goal of leveraging this lending to secure new-to-bank clients and further entrench existing clients.

Are you someone who can:

  • Achieve expected financial targets and uphold associated service levels
  • Provide efficient administration through careful and timely planning, reporting, and updating relevant information
  • Assist with profit growth through sales and acquisition of new clients
  • Develop and manage key stakeholder relationships to achieve operational objectives

You will be an ideal candidate if you:

  • Have 2-3 years’ experience in lending, private banking, or similar
  • Possess a Degree or equivalent qualification
  • Have the following skills and knowledge:
  • Deal preparation
  • Pipeline management
  • Deal arbitration
  • Client management
  • Stakeholder management
  • Portfolio housekeeping
  • Cancellation straight close
  • Vanilla deals
  • Deal specialist stand-in
  • Escalation and complaint management
