We are looking for a Lending Specialist to assist in proactively managing end-to-end lending transactions for PC and PW clients, working with a team of specialists to provide analysis, support, and sales and service fulfillment. The goal is to leverage lending to secure new-to-bank clients and further entrench existing clients.

Key responsibilities include:
  1. Achieving expected financial targets and maintaining service levels.
  2. Providing efficient administration through careful planning, reporting, and updating relevant information.
  3. Assisting with profit growth via sales and acquisition of new clients.
  4. Developing and managing stakeholder relationships to achieve operational objectives.
Ideal candidate profile:
  • Minimum of 2-3 years’ experience in lending, private banking, or similar roles.
  • Degree qualification.
  • Skills and knowledge in deal preparation, client management, portfolio housekeeping, deal specialist stand-in, escalation, and complaint management.
