Job summary

RMB in Cape Town is seeking a deal maker to manage origination, structuring and closing of less complex commercial property deals under guidance. You will support senior deal makers with credit submissions and documentation for Credit Committee reviews, while nurturing client relationships.

The role focuses on delivering proactive financing solutions, maintaining strong financial analysis, and collaborating with Sales and Credit teams to grow the regional portfolio in line with FirstRand

Qualifications

• BCom degree or equivalent in accounting, commerce, finance, or related field.
• 3–5 years' experience in Commercial Property Finance or residential developments.
• Strong financial analysis and credit assessment skills.

## Lend Deal MakerApply: Cape Town: Full time: Posted Today: End Date: October 16, 2026 (8 days left to apply): R54209# **Job Description**To manage the origination, structuring and closing of less complex deals in the allocated sector/product, under guidance and supervision of a senior deal maker.
