WesBank in Cape Town seeks a deal maker to manage origination, structuring and closing of less complex commercial property finance deals under guidance. You will support senior deal makers, prepare credit submissions, and deliver proactive financing solutions to clients.

Work closely with Sales Coverage and Credit to ensure accurate, timely processes and to grow the regional portfolio while maintaining a client-centric approach.

Qualificações

• BCom degree or equivalent in Accounting, Commerce, Finance, or related field.
• 3–5 years' experience in Commercial Property Finance / Residential Developments
• Strong financial analysis and credit assessment skills
