Job Title: Leisure Attendant

As our Leisure Attendant, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of the front of house reception, providing high-quality customer service to our members and hotel guests.

1. Manage written and verbal correspondence with members and guests.
2. Show potential walk-in members around the club and conduct Health Pitstops and Gym inductions.
3. Maintain cleanliness and presentation of the Health Club area, paying close attention to detail.
4. Perform health and safety checks, including pool water tests, safety audits, and pool plant tasks.

Additional details:

• Basic hourly rate: £11.44, plus holiday allowance = £12.82
• Work abroad opportunities available.

What you'll have:

• Strong attention to detail.
• Ability to prioritize and organize tasks.
• Good negotiation and influencing skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience in a member’s health and fitness club is desirable.
• Level 2 Fitness Instructor qualification is desirable but not essential.
