Job Description

Minimum Qualification Required

1. LLB Degree
2. Admission as an attorney
3. Knowledge of Legislation regulating the Insurance Industry
4. Knowledge of Legislation regulating the protection of personal information

Minimum Experience

2 years post admission

Deliverables include, but will not be limited to

1. Reviewing, drafting of documentation and or selected contracts
2. Review marketing material
3. Provide sound legal advice to the business
4. Update and maintain agreements
5. System management
6. Reporting and updating to Stakeholders
